Pricing
Priced per company, not per seat.
Metiva is a one-time implementation, then a monthly service retainer (a supportabonnement), priced by the number of client brands you actively manage, never by the size of your team. Tell us how you run and we quote you directly, on WhatsApp or by email.
30 minutes, no slides. We walk you through the rollout and the numbers. Dutch or English.

How Metiva is priced
Two parts, both in plain language.
Metiva is built and configured for your agency, then run as a service. So you pay for the build once, and for the running of it monthly. You are priced on the client brands you actively manage, with unlimited seats throughout. Tell us how you run and we quote you directly.
One-time implementation
A one-time implementation fee. It covers the 5-day Tool-Stack and Attributie Audit, the rollout plan, standing up your workspace, connecting your channels and ad platforms, and migrating your contacts and pipeline onto one spine. You pay it once.
Monthly service retainer
A monthly service retainer, a supportabonnement, not software rental: hosting, maintained integrations, support, and accurate attribution. It keeps the system running and the numbers reconciling.
Priced by client brands, not by seats.
Every edition has unlimited seats and no seat tax. The monthly scales with the number of client brands you actively manage, which is the thing that actually grows your work. Add a brand when you win one, remove it when an engagement ends.
Three editions, one honest system
Core, Growth, and Pro. Unlimited seats on all three.
Every edition is the same connected operating system. The difference is how much of the attribution wedge you turn on, and how many client brands you manage. Pick the edition, then set your brands.
Two months free on annual prepay. Every edition is quoted per company.
How many client brands do you actively manage?
Seats are always unlimited. Based on 6 to 15 brands, Growth fits.
Core
The connected operating system your agency runs on.
- Includes up to 5 active client brands, quoted per company.
- Unified omnichannel inbox (a dozen-plus channels)
- Lead-to-deal CRM and pipeline
- Contracts, e-signature and invoicing
- Client portal, work tracking and team
- Project management and rule automation
- Unlimited seats, no seat tax
Priced per company, not per seat. The monthly is a service retainer (a supportabonnement), not software rental.
Growth
The operating system plus the attribution wedge. Where most agencies start.
- Includes up to 15 active client brands, quoted per company.
- Everything in Core
- Server-side attribution (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok CAPI)
- Ad ROI analytics: blended ROAS, CPL, cost per closed lead
- White-label client reporting, under your own brand
- Custom tracking domain (CNAME)
- Priority support
Priced per company, not per seat. The monthly is a service retainer (a supportabonnement), not software rental.
Pro
For larger, multi-brand agencies that need the full attribution and compliance surface.
- Includes up to 40 active client brands, quoted per company.
- Everything in Growth
- Company-level website de-anonymization
- Optional managed-ad-spend take-rate
- Uptime SLA on the platform
- Named contact and priority support
- Advanced roles, permission overrides and audit trail
Priced per company, not per seat. The monthly is a service retainer (a supportabonnement), not software rental.
Most agencies start on Growth.
Core is the connected system. Growth adds the server-side attribution your clients reconcile to real sales, which is the part that earns the demo. Pro is for larger multi-brand books and the full compliance surface. Not sure? Book a demo and we map it to your brands on the call.
Company-level de-anonymization works where consent is not present, and resolves to a named person only on consented form capture. We never publish a match-rate percentage. Invoicing and payments run through Stripe; Metiva is built to connect to Moneybird and Exact Online.

What you are paying for
Exactly what the setup buys, and exactly what the monthly covers.
No vague platform access. Here is the honest breakdown of both numbers, so you know what the implementation builds and what the retainer keeps running.
What the one-time implementation includes
- The 5-day Tool-Stack and Attributie Audit, written, not a sales deck
- Your 0 to 365-day rollout plan, the whole path up front
- Standing up your workspace, configured to how you operate
- Connecting your channels (the inbox) and your ad platforms
- Migrating your contacts and pipeline onto one spine
- Setting up the first-party pixel and your tracking domain
- Configuring SLAs, routing and roles
- Onboarding and training your team, senior-led
Paid once. Larger or multi-brand migrations (Pro) are scoped during the audit, so the setup is quoted before you commit, never a surprise.
What the monthly service retainer includes
- Hosting and infrastructure, with EU data residency
- Maintained integrations: adapters kept working as the platforms change
- Accurate attribution: ongoing server-side conversion delivery and match-quality monitoring
- Support from the people who built and configured your system
- Product updates and new capabilities as they ship
- Security and AVG compliance upkeep, consent deny-by-default
- Unlimited seats, with no per-seat charge as your team grows
This is the supportabonnement. It is what makes the difference between software you rent and a system that is run for you.
The monthly is a service retainer, not software rental.
Het maandbedrag is een supportabonnement, geen softwarehuur: hosting, onderhouden koppelingen, support, en accurate attributie. The same way ServiceTitan and Procore sell the relationship, not a licence.
An optional extra
An optional usage component that aligns us with your results.
Some agencies prefer to tie part of what they pay to the ad spend Metiva measures and attributes. So an optional, transparent usage component can be part of your quote. It is opt-in, it is capped, and it is never a hidden fee. It never applies unless you choose it.
Because Metiva measures conversions server-side and reconciles them to real sales, this component is charged only on the managed ad spend the system actually tracks for you. If you would rather keep a flat monthly, you can. It is an option, not a default.
How it works
- Opt-in. It never applies unless you choose it.
- Charged only on the managed ad spend Metiva measures and attributes.
- Capped, and confirmed in writing before it ever applies.
Capped, opt-in, and confirmed in writing before it ever applies. We quote it as part of your custom quote.
We describe this openly because hiding it would contradict the reason this page exists. If a flat retainer suits you better, that is the default.
The small print, in plain language
Everything a Dutch buyer wants to know before saying yes.
No fine print games. Here are the terms, the btw treatment, and an example of the invoice you would actually receive.
- Priced per company, not per seat. You are quoted directly on how your agency runs, on WhatsApp or by email.
- We quote ex-btw figures because you reclaim the btw; the 21% btw is shown as a separate line on every invoice.
- Betaling binnen 30 dagen. We operate on standard Dutch 30-day terms.
- 12-month commitment, then monthly cancellable. No multi-year lock-in after the first year.
- Two months free on annual prepay. Pay for ten, get twelve.
- Unlimited seats, no seat tax. You are priced by client brands, not by team size.
- Your data stays in the EU. You can export it, and right-to-erasure is built in.

Real invoices from a Metiva demo workspace: the retainer, the 21% btw line, the total, the 30-day due date, and a Stripe pay link. Illustrative data.
Pricing questions
Every pricing question, answered.
Metiva is priced per company, not per seat: a one-time implementation, then a monthly service retainer (a supportabonnement), priced by the number of client brands you actively manage, with unlimited seats on every edition. Tell us how you run and we quote you directly, on WhatsApp or by email.
Because Metiva is built and configured for your agency, not a self-serve sign-up. The implementation covers the 5-day Tool-Stack and Attributie Audit, the rollout plan, standing up your workspace, connecting your channels and ad platforms, and migrating your contacts and pipeline onto one spine. You pay it once.
The monthly is a service retainer, a supportabonnement, not software rental. It covers hosting, maintained integrations, support, and accurate attribution: the ongoing work of keeping the system running and the numbers reconciling. It is the same way the category leaders sell the relationship as a pillar.
Your monthly scales with the number of client brands you actively manage, which is the thing that grows your work, rather than with the size of your team. Core includes up to 5 brands, Growth up to 15, and Pro up to 40, and additional brands are quoted per company. Seats are always unlimited.
Yes. No seat tax, no per-user pricing. Add your whole team, including freelancers, without changing the bill. The price moves with client brands, not headcount.
An optional, transparent usage component tied to the managed ad spend Metiva measures and attributes. It is opt-in, capped, confirmed in writing before it ever applies, and never a hidden fee. If you prefer a flat retainer, that is the default.
A 12-month commitment, then monthly cancellable. Two months free on annual prepay. Betaling binnen 30 dagen (standard Dutch 30-day terms). After the first year there is no multi-year lock-in.
No. We quote ex-btw figures, because Dutch business buyers reclaim the btw and expect ex-btw numbers. The 21% btw is shown as a separate line on every invoice, with the total incl. btw beneath it.
After the 12-month commitment you can cancel monthly. Your data stays in the EU throughout, you can export it, and right-to-erasure is built in. Each client's data is isolated by design and fail-closed.
Because Metiva is built and configured per agency, not a self-serve sign-up, so what you pay depends on how you run: the client brands you manage and the parts of the attribution wedge you turn on. We keep the model in plain sight on this page and quote you directly, on WhatsApp or by email, so the number fits your shape.
Metiva is built to connect to the Dutch accounting tools you already use, Moneybird and Exact Online. We never rebuild accounting. Invoicing and payments today run through Stripe, with a signature-verified webhook and recurring retainer billing.
