For digital agencies
Run your whole agency on one system, not ten tools.
Built for Dutch agencies of 8 to 35 people. Metiva puts your inbox, pipeline, contracts, work, invoicing and client reporting on one connected system, with server-side attribution your clients can reconcile to their actual sales.
30 minutes, no slides. We map your current stack live. Dutch or English.

An agency workspace over several client brands, in a real Metiva workspace with demo data.
Works with the stack you already run on

Built to connect to the Dutch accounting tools you already use. On the roadmap, not a live sync yet. We never rebuild accounting.
The agency reality
You did not start an agency to run ten tools.
A typical Dutch agency of your size runs a chat inbox in one tool, a CRM in another, a project board, a contract tool, an invoicing tool, a reporting tool, and two spreadsheets. Nothing talks to anything, and the gaps between them are where the work, the money, and the credibility leak out. Here is the week as it actually runs.
Ten apps, one client
One client lives in five places. The WhatsApp thread, the deal, the contract, the invoice, and the report each keep their own copy, and someone spends Friday reconciling them by hand.
Attribution that no longer reconciles
Since iOS14 and the end of third-party cookies, the ad dashboard and the client's actual sales have drifted apart. You cannot prove the ads worked, and the client has noticed.
Retention pressure every quarter
Retainers renew on credibility. When the reporting is late, manual, and impossible to reconcile, the QBR becomes a defence instead of a renewal.
Freelancers and the Wet DBA question
You run on a mix of staff and freelancers, and the access, the contracts, and the work trail are scattered. When a Wet DBA review asks who did what under what agreement, you do not have one answer.
One system, not ten
The ten tools become one operating system.
Metiva is one spine, not five tools synced overnight. That is the difference between a tool stack and an operating system: the work, the money and the attribution all read from the same records instead of ten disconnected copies.
- The lead, the deal, the contract, the invoice and the report are the same record, connected by real foreign keys
- Every customer touch resolves to one person, so the inbox, pipeline, money and attribution describe one truth
- One customer record, twelve inbox channels, eight built-in business roles: the spine the whole agency reads from

For performance agencies
Prove the ads worked, in numbers the client can reconcile.
Paid media retainers live and die on attribution the client believes. Metiva tracks the whole path, ad click to lead to won deal, on your own domain, and sends won deals back to the ad platforms so ROAS means real revenue.
- First-party pixel and server-side CAPI to Meta, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok
- Company-level visitor identification, AVG-framed for the EU
- Blended ROAS, CPL and cost per closed lead, joined from real ad-platform spend

For full-service agencies
Strategy through delivery, on one connected record.
From the first message to the paid invoice, a full-service agency runs the whole client lifecycle. Metiva keeps leads, work, contracts and invoicing in one place, so nothing lives in a lost tab or a second brain.
- Lead-to-deal CRM, project work and team workload in one queue
- Contracts and e-signature that convert one-to-one into an invoice
- EUR invoicing with btw lines, recurring retainers and payment status

Fix your attribution
Attribution your clients can reconcile to their actual sales.
Post-iOS14 and post-cookie, platform dashboards stopped matching client revenue. Metiva tracks the whole path, ad click to lead to won deal, on your own domain, so the numbers in the report and the numbers in the client's books describe one thing.
- Won deals flow back to Meta, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok, so the platforms optimize toward revenue, not proxy events
- Conversions are measured first-party and server-side, tied to the real person and the original ad click
- Deduplicated event IDs, automatic retries and Meta match-quality monitoring keep the signal honest
Retain your clients
Report under your own brand, and keep the renewal.
Retainers renew on credibility. Metiva reports the result to each client, per client, under your brand and your tracking domain, with server-side attribution that reconciles to their actual sales. The report the client trusts is the report you keep them on.
- Per-client, branded, first-party reporting on your own tracking domain (CNAME)
- The client portal each client logs into carries your brand, not ours
- The report and the client's books describe one thing, so the QBR is a renewal, not a defence
Per-client reporting is live today. The card here is an illustration of the branded report a client sees, not a screenshot. We show the real thing on the call.
The Dutch agency pack
Configured for how Dutch agencies actually work.
Metiva is built and configured per agency, and for the Dutch market that means a specific set of defaults, not a translation layer. Here is what comes set up for you.
An Agency, Brand, Contact data model
Your agency sits at the top, each client is a Brand with its own workspace and branding, and every person is a Contact under a Brand. New client onboarding is a new Brand from a template, not a new project. Each client's data is isolated by design and fail-closed.
Connects to Moneybird and Exact Online
Metiva keeps invoicing and payments, and is built to connect to the Dutch accounting tools you already use. We never rebuild accounting. This is on the roadmap, scoped in your audit, not a live sync yet.
Invoicing that speaks Dutch tax
Invoices built for Dutch practice: btw lines, reverse-charge (btw verlegd) for EU B2B, prices shown excl. 21% btw, and 30-day terms. The exact tax rules for your agency are confirmed in the audit.
AVG-framed de-anonymization
See which companies are on your clients' sites at the company level where consent is not present, and resolve to a named person only on consented form capture. Consent is deny-by-default, IPs are truncated and encrypted.
Dutch or English, per user
The product can run in Dutch for the team that prefers it, and in English for the rest. Set per user during onboarding. Every demo and call is offered in Dutch or English too.
Dutch onboarding templates
Pipeline stages, contract templates, invoice layouts, and role setups that match how a Dutch agency runs, applied on day one so you are not configuring from an empty screen.

Honest about where we are
No borrowed logos. A small group of launch partners.
We are pre-launch, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. There are no customer logos on this page, no invented review scores, and no case-study percentages we cannot stand behind. We are onboarding a small number of Dutch agencies as launch partners. What we can show you is the working product, the founders building it, and exactly how the rollout goes.
Who is behind this
We ran paid media for agencies and hit the attribution wall ourselves. The ad dashboards stopped reconciling to our clients' sales, the reporting ate our weeks, and the tools never talked to each other. Metiva is the system we wanted and could not buy. We are building it for Dutch agencies first, and we are taking a small group of launch partners with us.
A co-founder of Metiva.
A vertical operating system, like the ones that worked
ServiceTitan did this for the trades. Procore did it for construction. Metiva does it for digital agencies. A system built for one industry beats a stack of general tools, because the data model fits the work.
The product is real, not a render
Built on a NestJS modular monolith, one Postgres per client, a first-party pixel, and real adapters for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Stripe. The screenshots on this page are the actual interface with sample Dutch data, not a marketing mockup.
Compliant by architecture
Consent is deny-by-default, person-level data only on consent, IPs truncated and encrypted at rest, right-to-erasure built in, and each client's data isolated by design and fail-closed. For an agency answerable to the AVG, that is a reason to buy, not a disclaimer.
Questions
What Dutch agency owners ask first.
Metiva is priced per company, not per seat: a one-time implementation, then a monthly service retainer (a supportabonnement) priced by the client brands you manage, with unlimited seats. The monthly is a service retainer, not software rental: hosting, maintained integrations, support, and accurate attribution. You commit for 12 months, then it is monthly cancellable, with two months free on annual prepay. An optional, transparent usage component on managed ad spend can be part of your quote if you want it, never a hidden fee. Tell us how you run and we quote you directly, on WhatsApp or by email.
No. The rollout is phased over 0 to 365 days, starting with one client brand. We map the order in the 5-day Tool-Stack and Attributie Audit before you commit to anything.
Metiva keeps invoicing and payments and is built to connect to Moneybird and Exact Online. We never rebuild accounting. The accounting connection is on the roadmap and scoped in your audit; it is not a live sync today, and we will not tell you it is.
It is built to be. Metiva surfaces who is on the site at the company level where person-level consent is not present, and resolves to a named person only on consented form capture. Consent is deny-by-default, IPs are truncated and encrypted at rest, and right-to-erasure is built in.
It gives you the system of record. Every freelancer gets a real signed contract with an evidence trail, role-scoped access to only what they need, and work tracked against the same clock as staff. That is the paper trail and the access discipline a review expects. Metiva is the system of record, not legal advice.
Yes, set per user. The product can run in Dutch for the team that prefers it and English for the rest, configured during onboarding, and every demo and call is offered in Dutch or English.
One system. The inbox, pipeline, contracts, work, invoicing, and reporting are the same data connected by real foreign keys, not separate tools synced overnight. That is the whole point.
