When your client signs, Metiva records what happened around the signature: who signed, from where, on what, and when. It is an evidence trail you can produce, not a claim of legal certification, and we would rather be precise about that than oversell it.

- On signature Metiva captures the signer, their IP address, the user-agent, and the timestamp.

From signed to billed
A signed contract becomes an invoice, one to one.
The moment a contract is signed, the invoice is already written. Same line items, same client, same record, so billing starts from exactly what the client agreed to.
- Every contract line becomes an invoice line, one to one, never retyped into a separate billing tool.

Isolated per client
Each client company's data is isolated by design, and every request binds to a tenant from a verified claim in the signed token. If it cannot resolve, it fails closed.
EU data residency
Your data is stored and processed in the EU, with right-to-erasure built in, because Dutch agencies answer to the AVG and so does Metiva.
Consent, deny-by-default
Tracking stays off until a visitor opts in, IP addresses are truncated and encrypted at rest, and EU identification stays company-level without consent.

No. Contracts are not a bolt-on e-sign product wired to your CRM; they are part of the same system as the deal and the invoice. The contract is created from the won deal on the same client record, so there is nothing to sync and nothing that can fall out of sync. Change the client once and it is correct on the deal, the contract, and the invoice.
